Your most welcome. It’s more about managing these emotions, recognising how you feel, what triggers them and processing them. This place can be a good way as there’s a few others I see around that I recognise similar to what you describe. @Loco8912

@Loco8912 ....me too. I feel ive let them down by not being able to help. But truthfully....they have to help themselves.
But i can feel their pain so much.....sometimes i think if i can feel it for them.....it might help ease their hurt....
