It probably means one of the two is not very tech savvy and doesn't use the computer.

That means that somebody cheated.


Nah. No clue. I only know one couple like that.

Somebody cheated, or someone isn't used to having a boyfriend and think they need to act like a 12 year old when they finally get one.
