Electric Charging Question

I have a Anker fast charger, and a 65 watt powerbrick.

I left the powerbrink in a waterproof spot in the woods for 5 months, when I went back for it, still 100% charged (was very impressed).

No matter what wall plug I plug it into, it charges VERY SLOWLY. It was in the 40s when I started work 5 hours ago, now it is 56%.

I spent about 5 hours in Panera's Bread charging it from the 30s.

I've tried multiple wall plugs. At work, and three different Panera buildings, and multiple plugs in each.

HOWEVER, I noticed when I plug it into a car power adapter, which can get up to 200W, it jumped 10% charge in a 20 minute ride. And it isn't the first time I've noticed this. This is the adapter:

Yes, the 10 foot cord is a fast charging cable. Yes, I used the white power adapter in the 110v plug of the car power adapter.

For some reason I get a much faster charge off the car than any wall plug.

Thing is, it usually used to only take me four or five hours to charge this brand of power brick. I've owned several in the past few years, this very model. But it is charging faster in the car than they used to charge.

So I figured the white anker fast charger would max out at 110v. You wouldn't want it frying random electronics. So what exactly is going on here?

It seems if it goes fast in my van, it suffered no damage. If every wall plug suddenly sucks, it would seem the whole powergrid sucks, and I doubt I would be the first to notice this.

I dunno. I just know I want this over 80 by 11:00 when I get off and it doesn't seem to want to do that. So dissapointed.

@jshm2 Yeah, but it is still going through the plug.

I got it to charge 8% (68% fully charged) on my drive to my hiding spot for the night, guess I'll wait till it hits 80% and then quit for the night.

The car is delivering 12V DC and charging it cleanly. When in ac socket it has to transformed to the lower voltage and converted to DC...more stuff going on more energy transformation ..takes longer. Left unconnected it shouldn't lose charge for years..its a battery! so no surprise that it stayed at 100%
But this brand used to charge alot faster on wall sockets with this set up (actually, slower USB cables, this one is faster). So I am stumped.

Plus the electric grid here is already on AC. I don't think the wall socket adapter I got is turning AC into DC, and what I use in the van plugs into a US two pronged AC adapter that works just like a wall socket would, just alot faster. I don't understand what is off here.
