I'm not convinced that they will be able to handle every conceivable situation any time soon. That said, when they work I'm buying one (assuming I'm not dead).

Mixed feelings. I mean it would be cute to look next to me and find a self-driving car with only dogs in it cuz their owner was too lazy to walk them but also would be nerve wrecking for the same reason, what if things went wrong.

I really don’t care for it. The fact that we’ve such a thing as “undeveloped” countries in the rest of the world, I’m not fucking impressed.

I wonder what the real cost of those things are.

People have already died in them. I don’t trust the technology, don’t see how it would be able to anticipate the foibles of human drivers.
