If it involves your smartphone, i would be dubious about any claims of privacy.

Did a little research thing last year at the cancer hospital with one of these devices. It’s very easy and quick, it went by another name bu sure it’s the same type of device. You can buy similar devices on Amazon now.

@cherokeepatti Yes, you probable can. My device, though, has not much more than your cellphone case - no electrodes, no wires, no bulk. You have a phone case? You're most of the way to having my gizmo. Less expensive than the others - no need for a Rx or hospital stay, no messy motion problems (Enemy #1 to heart rhythm monitors.) You remember them saying, "STAY STILL!" Don't need to worry about that with mine. Crystal-clear signals, even if you move.

@Trav2024 it was about the same as you describe

The only thing it uses your phone for is to hold the app to interpret the heart signals. The actual information is kept on a HIPAA-compliant "electronics pod" and is secure. But, I understand the concern - and thanks for the reminder.

Is this what’s called an ‘infomercial’?
