3 hour for your first marathon is really good! I did 3:14, but it was at Ironman. Make sure you study the course map, drive it, or bike it so you know exactly where you're going!! Good luck!

I only ever did one marathon and my time from line to line was a little over 4 hours.
We did a warrior race 10km with 22 obstacles but we didnt race took us 2hour 26 min

Sadly only about 4:28. Two marathons and I hit the wall both times around mile 22
