@Justice4All
but it's undeniable that he existed. Christians existed as early as the first century, evidenced by historical records and archaeological findings.
Where can one examine these alleged historical records? No one else seems to know anything about them.

@Justice4All The bible is the claim, it's not evidence any more than Spiderman comics are evidence of the existence of Spiderman.

If the Vatican really has these alleged letters, why won't it make them available so they can be independently authenticated? I think we all know the answer to that.

Titus Flavuius Josephus wasn't born until 37CE, after Jesus is claimed to have lived, so he is not a first hand witness to the things he wrote about. It's not known when Ignatius of Antioch was born but he's believed to have died around 108/140 CE so it's unlikely he was alive when Jesus is said to have been. That uncertainty makes his claim about Jesuc unreliable. Clement of Alexandria (a.k.a. Titus Flavius Clemens) wasn't born until 150CE so wasn't a first hand witness either.

That's because they don't exist.

@Justice4All Not everything attributed to Josephus was actually written by him. Some things were added much later. It's possible there was some itinerant preach/rabble rouser by that name but now evidence that he did any of he things said to have been done by Jesus. The fact remains, there is absolutely no contemporaneous evidence of this Jesus person. It's just not credible that someone could go around raising the dead and curing incurable conditions without anyone making a note of it.

@Zonuss It STARTED before Paul, but Paul turned it into the religion that we know today.
