@Greenbare Thank you very much for your reply.

That is true sir. My marriage was arranged one, her parents came and visited my place and they liked me.

the trouble is my culture one life, one marriage, no divorce. even if you do it is difficult marry again. that is one trouble and we all man have desire for women right? and even after marriage she is not ready that is big trouble for the man in our culture. we don't want to have extra marital relationship.

she can play victim and he has to go trough the courts and layer fees. i dont make difference based on gender but the man are oppressed really badly through women rights. sometime women use that as weapon. moreover they are quite rich, and they try to use power of money. i don't know when will trouble resolve.

thank you very much again.

In New Zealand there must be some form of free legal aid. Find a lawyer you can discuss the matter with. People outside New Zealand cant really help, because we do not know how things work there. Good luck.

You need to consult a good attorney to find out what your legal rights are. Then you need to act on that advice.

Nice story. Not sure if I believe it but in truth if the marriage was never consummated there never was a marriage.
