@Picklebobble2 i just took a glimpse through a notebook he has in his truck and saw he's been writing on how to get to the root of and manage his anger. I have never seen him take any interest in self improvement or even acknowledging he has a problem. I feel a small sliver of hope

@morrgin Not good to keep it to himself. Rage is still rage even if you privately write how much you hate it.
He needs to understand what creates it. What drives it. And what he can do about it.
