Its mostly can't, very small percentage of the people make it work.
Depends upon the individuals. Some age gaps work well and some just don't.
I just read an article about a 28 yr age gap on Huffpost, It was such a well written article, and so full of compare/contrast that I saved the link (which is something I rarely do...)
