It isn't a matter of lowering your standards. Just be open to what is there. A person of faith may be a necessary requirement. But everything else you mentioned doesn't individually matter. I never would have gotten along with a woman who wasn't intelligent and interested in culture. But over a lifespan one's interests chamge; so what appears important this minute may be trivial later. Look for character and healthy habits and being interested in staying physically fit.

It’s better to lower your expectations. I know you don’t have a long list, but people are usually more fucked up the older they become. She might not be white brunette, but maybe African. She might not like sports. She might not like reading books. She might not even want a family.

I think your faith is the most important thing, so maybe chatting up some middle aged women at your church is your best bet. She will come with many flaws, but you can definitely find a 30+ y/o woman in a church.
