What do you need to know?

I'm not an 'English major', but I'm English and my ancestors invented the language 😋

@Quizzical hey! Mine too 🙌🏽

But I’m not an English Major, more of an English Muffin eater 🤔

Where are all the grammar correctors that use to try to correct everyone's grammar? Hiding I bet!

@RebornPhoenix au revoir!!!!

@RebornPhoenix The best way to learn 'YOUR' language is to learn another. The grammar will be covered all over again from the beginning.
Why would anyone take interest in such an unmarketable major ?
@RebornPhoenix English major -"N" word please - "N" word please.......
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@MarmeeMarch A Bachelor's degree is not like a Master's or PhD. It does not pigeon-hole you into a particular field. For example, my daughter majored in art, but she had a business minor, and she now works at a bank, at which she has received several promotions.

As for English majors, they can communicate in both written and oral form, and for a lot of employers, that means a lot.

I teach at a Liberal Arts college. We graduate a lot of English majors, and they do find rewarding jobs.
@DrWatson Thank you for answering my question
