What is Hocus Pocus then?
ElGuapo · 41-45, M
Is it better than Harry Potter?
WitchyLexi · 31-35, F
@ElGuapo Well, no. Nothing is better than Harry Potter. But it is really good.

@WitchyLexi Lord of the Rings?

I just started the Ready Player One book...

@WitchyLexi it's been good so far
My work keeps me so busy so I'm a slow book reader... lol
WitchyLexi · 31-35, F
@SW-User No shame in that. A long time ago an old bookseller who was going out of business told me that he likes to consider each book like a good meal. He likes to take his time, enjoy it, and not rush through it. I always liked that.

@WitchyLexi good words indeed

I just finished Stephen King's latest- The Outsider. I would take a pass- strong start but limping the last 300 pages.
WitchyLexi · 31-35, F
@kim1girl Honestly most of his books are very long winded. He's a great writer but it's a chore at times to read his stuff.

You go, girl.

Reading "Sleeping Giants" by Sylvain Neuvel. A story about a female physicist who revists an enormous robotic hand found deep in the earth.

Just started it and have no idea where it's going, but so far I like it.

There's nothing wrong with being a dork who likes to read. Enjoy your book.
WitchyLexi · 31-35, F
@Wraithorn Thanks, that's what I do best.
I love hocus pocus.
I saw it at the movies when I was 4, scared the crap out of me lol
WitchyLexi · 31-35, F
@MushroomFaerie Funny enough, it scared me too. I was probably around 6, my 17 year old sister said she'd watch it with me. We were curled up on the floor and she fell asleep. I was left alone. Winnie always scared me the most! lol.
