We didn't eat in restaurants that often before this whole thing so not much has changed, and neither have the finances for food. If anything, we go to MacDonalds more often now than before. And that is more expensive than eating something healthy from the grocery store.

But in the end there is not much difference for us

I save a decent amount. I still spend some though mainly on doordash 😂 last week I ordered 4 days in a row

I eat oatmeal and instant noodles every day
@Jackaloftheazuresand I try my best not to eat instant noodles too much but they are always a good and convenient option

I actually have a savings this year. I eat out everyday, though. 🤷🏾‍♀️
@NIC0LE sorry Nicole not sure what that means. Means you saved money through savings account? Oh eating out every day must be nice but I feel like I may miss home cooked meals too.

@CosplayMew exactly. I used to not have money to place in savings. Now I do. Had enough to get my car fixed without doing payments for once. 🤦🏾‍♀️. As far as eating out everyday, I don't like cooking. I cook every once in awhile but I spend roughly the same amount of money buying groceries as I do eating out so. 🤷🏾‍♀️
Haven't spent money since 2014 :)

I recently got approved for food stamps myself cause my 2 days of work a week ain’t shit .. Besides the occasional cheeseburger where I work at is my “eating out “ but that does add up at the end of the week ... so cigarettes and pop tarts are keeping me going these days
