I think China will militarily invade Taiwan almost immediately if Trump gets reelected. I really think this is the moment they're waiting for -

they were not ready before, even 5 years ago China was too weak to take it. Are Trump supporters in favour of China retaking Taiwan? If they're even ambivalent about it that's kind of scary.

In Taiwan is always fear for this now but I don’t think is anything for President Trump to do is not so friend of China. Taiwan is make big decisions in last elections about not to be closer again to China PR and I think this is good but is make difficult maybe for politics, I hope is not invasive but this is what China PR do. And of course Taiwan is real Republic of China always!

@MarmeeMarch Our freedom and quality of life actually stems from the US being unchallenged militarily. After WW2 and the Cold War - the US was the only superpower. The whole economy that provides the US with its spectacular wealth is global. This is like voluntarily giving away half your yard to your neighbor. Sure you can do it but why?
