yes Badger, we do need to clean out congress... I don't know if you lean left or right, or if that division is even appropriate anymore.
at least half of them demonstrated a failure to do their job the past 8 years...
I hope you are getting your own circle of friends and family to look carefully at candidates and issues at all levels of government and get out the vote. Our democratic republic is flawed at many levels but I think the system *can* be made to work if we avoid cynicism and laziness.

I am considering them, but I think the best chance for this country is to change Congress. Getting rid of the two-party BS there would help get some real change going.
