Believe it or not I am just so grateful that I'm feeling better after a week of vertigo and also, I'm thankful that I was able to roll my hair after a shower, with brush rollers, and that's a big feat because it's terribly painful to do so, so I'm very thankful that I was able to get my hair rolled and it feels good to know it looks better. I had a shoulder replacement years ago and it was so painful to roll my hair but I'm thankful I got it done. God is good and I thank him for each and everything I have, and everyday I have.

Yes! And for my family, my comfortable work, my career...and for my health, helped by my vegan eating and consistent exercise

That both my wife and I woke up. That she is in physical therapy and doing well. That the replacement window company started our job today. That we had good food to eat. That I got to go to Bible Study tonight. That I didn't get stormed on. I could keep going.
