Not much, and that's the problem. Germany's government never really integrated East Germany into the rest of the country. This meant there was a wealth gap between the two regions, which meant brain drain as educated East Germans kept moving to West Germany. The result is a lot of poverty in East Germany, which makes people vulnerable to fascist propaganda. That's how we end up with the AfD.
Thankfully, MAGA has failed to implement your ideology in America, and I think the same thing will happen in Germany.
