Israel has a long history of spying on the US. There are many reasons why allies spy on each other. Often it is for economic reasons. One reason the Israelis spy on friendly nations is because antisemitism doesn't have borders. Many top officials in allied nations are antisemitic.

Of course. As I stated above antisemitism is defined as prejudice, discrimination or hostility directed at Jewish people. I suppose dislike would be included. If someone is any of those things to me I will keep an eye on them.

@anythingoes477 First of all I don't believe that the Vatican had anything to do with the emigration of Germans to America. Secondly, I don't buy the Holocaust story. No way Jews were exterminated by the Germans. White people don't do extermination of the kind we see done against the Palestinians.

NBC isn't fake news, we need to be careful with that term. Fox is a fake news network in that they just make stuff up and they lie about established facts. NBC and CNN are biased in what they choose to cover. In this case, NBC is uncritically reporting on a statement from the Israeli Embassy where we all know they're lying. If NBC was a better network, they'd bring in experts to explain to the normies how we know this is a lie.

@sree251 Reporting on a statement is not fake news. It's not fake that the Israeli Embassy did say these things. Now we, as the viewers, can make up our minds on if the statement is true.
However, I think this is bad reporting because a good news station informs the viewer on context. NBC should educate the viewers in a way that makes it clear how Israel is lying.
