We should cut off all trade with China

China needs us much less than we need their source of products.

We need everything inexpensive on the shelves at Walmart and Home Depot stocked by China.

@anythingoes477 You are right. China won’t be affected at all

I don’t like the idea of china having control over the
US in any capacity

@missyann Any control China over us for dependency on products we need and buy is thanks to every billionaire that traded our jobs making things here for cheap labor in China and higher profits for themselvesn

Of course, China won't be affected. The Chinese spent the last ten years preparing for the US choking off the flow of oil in the Middle East. China now has stocked up 1.3 billion of oil reserves on top of supply from Russia. Additionally, China leads the world in solar power generation of 1100 gigawatts. Just one gigawatt is enough to power one big city of a million homes. China's entire high speed rail system runs on electric power. China has cleverly moved away from dependency on oil that can be choked off by the US.

China does not want to control the US. China cannot stop the US from becoming dependent on Chinese products.

There has never been any "Chinese made guns" in the USA.

I don't make things up. I post what I find on the internet. Here is the bit about the guns.

You can buy a Chinese AK 47 right now on GunBroker.
@jshm2 The "China sold spy satellite to Iran" story originated with the Financial Times; a relatively reliable source. But I'd like to see independent confirmation.

Others are reporting that the website of Earthy Eye stated that it carried out an “in-orbit” transfer of the satellite to a member of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, a coalition that Iran joined back in 2021.

You want to talk to Xi Jinping?
