Your question is " you have something that isn't obvious to everyone" / don't we all / personality wise.... And if you're referring to information or knowledge there are many out there who see truths and deny it or overlook it.

All presidents do not have the type of ego Trump has! They don't and haven't connected themselves with the titles of Jesus or kingship or dictatorship or wanted their names on any form of currency ( generally it's after the death of a individual who has accomplished some great things that their birthday is made a national holiday or their faces is put on a coin or even Mount Rushmore). No there hasn't been a president as such as he in my lifetime and none that I've read about before my lifetime.

@Charity Yeah they all had the same ego. They all have different personalities but you don't seek political power without an over sized ego. The higher the level of power the greater the ego.
