You’re right, but those funds are for long term improvement projects that don’t affect a single winter season. A bigger crime is that Trump has funded ICE, his immigration army with a bigger budget than our US marine Corps. ICE is nothing more than a copy of Hitler’s Gestapo and they are ravaging our country in the same way.
