@AuRevoir

"....national emergency and foreign invasion of 20 million+ criminal immigrants."

Entering the US illegally is a misdemeanor, not a felony.

Data from July 2025 shows that approximately 65-72% of people in ICE detention have no criminal convictions, with figures ranging from 65% for book-ins (people processed into the system) and 71% for those held in detention. Reports from sources like the Cato Institute and Newsweek show figures that confirm this trend, with many of those who do have convictions having only minor offenses such as traffic violations.

So, why isn't arresting the worst of the worst....like drug dealers and murderers?

Why focus on day laborers and folks that have been here for years, working and paying taxes? Why arrest those who are appearing in court to get their cases heard by a judge?

These folks should be given an immediate green card and road to citizenship.

The system is broken because those who entered are not being processed and their cases heard because we do not have enough judges to work the enormous back log.

Nobody says that major criminals should not be arrested, jailed or deported......but EVERYONE must be given due process.
That's the law.

Trump is not arresting the worst of the worst.

I don't know anyone that's been deported. I don't even know anyone who knows anyone that was deported.

@BizSuitStacy Oh well, I guess it's just not happening then.
@MoveAlong Oh...it's happening. Heck...1.6 million have self deported. About 40 million to go. And Chucky is gonna "shut down the gubbermint" if tax payers don't pony up $1.5 trillion to pay for illegal's health care.

@BizSuitStacy Example of MAGAt ignorance. Do you really believe that 1.5T number your barfed up?

@AthrillatheHunt

Sorry ......

@MsSwan Identify and confirm the illegal ones and send them home. The strong-arm jack booted method is wrong and can be stopped.

@MoveAlong I’m very much pro constitution . Many believe the last administration let in so many people on purpose that due process would be impossible . It’s a sound strategy if you ask me

Explain to me why an illegal here get due process and enjoy the full extent of our legal system when they didn’t do their “DUE PROCESS” to get here in the first place?
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F

nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
