Pretty much in tax terms I'll agree but not a Republican.

9.9 on the dumb scale. There is no equivalence at all. If the 4.0 student loses a point they might not get in med school or the advanced degree they want. If the billionaire gives up a few thousand more dollars he still has everything in the world he could ever want.
