@KunsanVeteran Per Baker McKenzie blog, the Trump Administration has not removed or relaxed any of the US sanctions or export controls against Russia.
Am still researching but so far can not find where any sanctions have been lifted.....but also no stiffer sanctions have been added either that could aid Ukraine in its defense against Putin.
