Abolish all the taxes. And introduce a new tax regime where man & woman will decide how intelligent and beautiful respectively they are and pay taxes accordingly. I will just make sure all these tax-payer datas are available and accessible for everyone.

I would take care more for refugees but I also would control every person on the border before he/she enter the country.
