I'm for the first two, but term limits would only give more power to corporate lobbyists since they would have all the institutional knowledge. I would only support term limits with heavy restrictions on corporate lobbying and a massive increase in legislative research staff. I'm not sure how the proposition on the ballot is written; they make it sound like imposing term limits is letting them serve longer.

But yeah, keep abortion legal and make it easier to vote.

This guide comes from an organization whose founder comes across as a right-wing crank, so on that basis I'd probably vote yes on the term limits one if a guy like that is against it.

Anyway, thanks for sharing this as it will be interesting to see the results with the propositions being separate from the candidates.

My understanding is that prop 1 is to remake the constitution so they can strip us of all our liberties, or is this prop not in Michigan?

Isn't it illegal to photograph ballots?
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@TrashCat I don’t know.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@TrashCat Voter intimidation is illegal so that means photo graphing a ballot would also be illegal but when have Republicans ever worried about what’s legal?
TrashCat · M
@justanothername they don't
