@JimBeam the answer is I have no idea what a racist question would be. I mean. I guess one could think of some question that was blatantly racist, but im not going to try.
What I'm saying (and what you deleted, for some reason) is that the premise of your question is flawed, because there was never the claim that the teat, or rhe questions on it were racist in itaelf. The claim was that the test was unnecessary and it led to a racial dispaeity in hiring.

They had to read, think for themselves and believe being coloured entitles some of the applicants were unsure if the fire was done under the Black Lives Matter protest, as we know it was the black people starting the fires 🔥

as with law enforcement, they'll end up lowering the standard so more minorities can get in, then a few years later after a number of "incidents" resulting in countless deaths, they'll blame poor standards & lack of proper training...
