I have a question for the "Woke" It's more of a challenge.

A city in the North Eastern part of the US, needed fire fighters. They had a written test, and a physical test. The city hired an independent company to make sure the fire science test wasn't "racist:" (I think the city paid 90K for the study)...

@JimBeam the answer is I have no idea what a racist question would be. I mean. I guess one could think of some question that was blatantly racist, but im not going to try.

What I'm saying (and what you deleted, for some reason) is that the premise of your question is flawed, because there was never the claim that the teat, or rhe questions on it were racist in itaelf. The claim was that the test was unnecessary and it led to a racial dispaeity in hiring.

They had to read, think for themselves and believe being coloured entitles some of the applicants were unsure if the fire was done under the Black Lives Matter protest, as we know it was the black people starting the fires 🔥

I deleted all of his stupid shit. My brother and I took the same test and scored very high. We weren't allowed to be firemen, because we were white. Blacks were given extra points, just for being black.
Some people are more equal than others.

as with law enforcement, they'll end up lowering the standard so more minorities can get in, then a few years later after a number of "incidents" resulting in countless deaths, they'll blame poor standards & lack of proper training...
