As most of them are easily proven guilty of sedition and treasonous behavior due to their own paper (or digital) trail and live video evidence, some having even bragged, admitted or forwarded additional evidence of their own actions, I would say they are lucky to be waiting in a climate controlled environment and fed daily while awaiting a fair trial. Seems a waste of time and money to me.
The proper sentence for traitors is certainly death, and most governments would feel a bullet would be the most they would expend on that persons life.

Those are convicts, not political prisoners. Treason is a crime.

Such a great guy you are passing on this info.
Are you planning to lift the spirits of those convicted and imprisoned also? You know...convicts.
Surely they are political prisoners too. And patriots. So patriotic.

@Carla You seem to have things all wrapped up in a nice bow!
Charges levied, fact adjudicated, verdict made, etc.
In the real world, none of these people have had a day in court.
100 officers assaulted? Were they the ones holding the doors open for people coming in? Or, the ones busy murdering?

@Budwick
Why don’t they just skip the book and give a better gift instead? It’s because no creationist will ever pass up a chance to indoctrinate a child

@QuixoticSoul I think your screen name is very appropriate. Don Quixote didn't quite see things as they really are!

@fanuc2013 Sounds like you’re overdue for a deeper reading.
