For starters, "Radical" anything hate everyone. Radical gangs and groups aren't exactly known for their light and charm. That's kinda what the radical part means.
In terms of Radical 'Muslims', they mostly target other Muslims but let's pretend the US are their biggest targets just for the sake of this post. Are you really oblivious as to why this thought even prevailed? Quick history lesson.
These are some countries the US has attacked by bombing, sabotaged with funding against them, attempted to, or have actually overthrown.
China (twice) Korea Guatemala (three times) Tibet Cuba Democratic Republic of the Congo Dominican Republic (twice) Vietnam Brazil Belgian congo Laos Peru Greece Chile Cambodia Argentina Poland El Salvador (twice)
Believe me.. There's many more.
And that doesn't even cover countries with a majority Muslim population, which the US just adore destroying even to present day. Let's cover some of them just for a little recap
Syria Iran (four different periods) Iraq (three different periods) Lebanon Libya (twice) Kuwait Somalia (two different periods) Bosnia Sudan Afghanistan (twice) Indonesia Turkey Palestine Yemen And of course there's more..
But why oh why would people even think of hating good ole' US?
Also, side note: Hating the US government does not equate to hating Americans.
Most of these invasions and attacks were based on a pack of lies that killed and displaced millions of human beings and fueled the rise of Isis and now they've murdered the guy who prevented the spread of ISIS in other regions of the middle east. They're using the same deceptive playbook to start yet another war.
But yeah.. You're right, I have no idea why anyone would hate the US🤔

@HijabaDabbaDoo they love giving freedom and democracy..🤭
I can't back you up on that with how many terrible things this country has been through, even back since when it wasn't a country. This nation is built on robbery and corruption

Because US gave some countries freedom and democracy
I'm sure that you understand that there has been a long history of agression, betrayal, and meddling on all sides. The richest, most connected countries get to control the narrative. That's the fastest and least detailed way to explain it. Also the US does desire to export our brand of democracy and freedom all around the world and some cultures find this bullying and see the US as anti religious and cultural values. Leaders in other countries sometimes use this info to rally the public against the USA and sometimes the US is guilty of the perceived transgression especially from the point of view of a religious conservative in those countries. Its complicated.

Muslim and Christian nations have been at odds for longer than the US has existed. i don't see that type of conflict going away as long as there are Muslims and Christians. religion is a dangerous thing.
Diametrically opposed societal beliefs. A strict Muslim culture can never be squared with democratic individual freedoms, their holy book says so. Which is why I find it troubling that Muslims choose to immigrate to countries that run counter to their beliefs, then complain about said country.
from what i understand there are two types of muslims : those who follow mohammed an distinct part of the coran and those who do not mohammed was a political warmonger
We provide a focus to stop them from killing each other. Islam is and always has been a violent plan of world domination and subjugation. When they are focused on "converting" infidels with the sword, they aren't killing each other.
