I heard the hair escaped and now needs to cover up

I feel like he goes out without the at pretty often too. I think he wears it to seem casual and relatable, like he's saying "Look, I'm just like all of you people. You like hats? Well, I like hats too!"

But he´s doing nothing about hiding that orange tint he applies on his ugly face .....................Yuck
