I had sleep paralysis when i heard my ex wifes voice asking me...

I've been abruptly woken up by someone before and couldn't move a few times. It felt quite alarming to be stuck in a frozen body that wouldn't move.

I never saw or heard anything unusual. Must be scary to experience hallucinations along with the paralysis. Not surprised someone would lean on their religion during a moment like that
