I did. Surgery is the only option. It will destroy nerve function if left untreated.

They should do the surgery which stabilizes your spine.

@SomeMichGuy There's actually a couple of types of Stenosis. I have the one where the hole through my spine in my neck where all my computer wires go gets smaller putting too much pressure on the bloid vessels and nerves. I took my pills at 5am and now at 545 my headache is gone and that drunken monkey effect is taking place.
