You need to make him feel secure again.

First - if he's not trained to stay, go, fetch, lay down, sit, bed.... Train him to do these things -do it calm amd positive with rewards like cuddles and treats.

This means that if he gets in the way, yoy can give him a calm command and he'll know wjat To do - you won't end up raising ypur voice or shouting at him.

Once you've done this - next you need to. Acclimatise him to the baby - start with pieces of the babies clothing - and reward him for staying calm around them.

And If I was you # I'd talk to @User41 he knows his shit when it comes to dogs.

@BoobooSnafu thank you for the advice! He is already fully trained I trained him when he was a pup he’s really smart he sits, lays, stays, rolls over, shakes and will even jump on command the only thing I’ve never been able to get him to do is walk on a leash he is for some reason terrified of them like hides in the corner if he sees it

Awwwww how adorable. You dog doesn’t know he is a dog!!!!!!
You need to punish him when he doesn't know his place. Ignoring it will only make him think that sort of behaviour is tolerable and he WILL get aggressive with your baby. He needs to understand that the baby is a person and therefore outranks him and deserves respect.
This is a serious problem.

You treated your dog like a human -wjen theyre not.

He's jealous
He's confused
He doesn't know where he stands In the pack.

Amd - he's not stupid - he knows it's because of the baby.

You have to become a strong pack leader.

It will need to some time understand. Because the baby needs more care them it. He thinks that the baby isn't playing with him so the dog tries to be away from him.
@SW-User he's confused - there's a new pack member that he can't interact with - there fore, he doest know where he stands In relation to it.

@GreenGoddess Honey - ypu do things your way, and I'll do things Mine.

Perhaps this can at least help her to research possible methods to improve the situation.

@GreenGoddess well, you go ahead and punish your dog's, while I continue with possitive reinforcement and direction.
