It basically lowers blood pressure. You might feel some effects but none of these ED drugs are true aphrodisiacs. Unless the user has some sexual stimulation they wont have much effect.

I thought it increased it. Well either way I don't have problems there. I'm more interested in if it works on women's erectile tissue like it does with men. Not looking for an aphrodysiac

I heard something about this a while ago, that it works similarly for a lot of women by increasing blood flow to the vagina. I don't know if this is true or not and I don't think any medical studies have been done.
