I like the challenge (and, for many men, intelligent women are a challenge). I especially like it when she bests me. Not because I want to be beaten intellectually, but because I realise life would be so much more interesting with a woman like that. As a man, I have little idea of what it's actually like to exist as a woman in this world. I'd enjoy learning from her. Hopefully, she'd enjoy learning something from me.

I've grown up amongst them. I've had relationships with them. Wavelength matches and that matters too 😉
