anything good was worthy most likely has been redacted, took far too long to release it. Almost as if they had to take their time and scan through it and remove anything they didn't want the public to know of.
And when you are in a high position making sure your administration is loyal, or should I say subject since some refer to him as king, you can do what you want to do, and unless it's leaked the public wouldn't be the wiser.

@Roundandroundwego What seems "obvious", what is speculation or innuendo, what are facts and what is actually written down, are not necessarily the same things.
No-one will know fully unless any such sealed reports are revealed; but if any are indeed sealed away, the "obvious" point first is the question, "Why are they, and on whose order?".
