Housing: Start a homeless lottery, the money from the lottery is used to build tiny homes all over the city. Bed, Shower, Kitchen, metal door, security, even a change of clothing is provided, all free.
Global Warming: Get rid of ICE cars. Move the timeline up to make it mandatory. Accelerate the infrastructure to support it. Lower the cost by at least half of EV. Make them way cheaper than ICE vehicles. Offer a cash payment to get all ICE vehicles off the roads. Lots of things can be done to fix this.

@jshm2 today we can use modern agriculture to feed everyone and reduce trucking. Not like you would! That's different. Cling desperately to war and inequality! China we will supply everything you need to continue that! Everyone will need rest, eternal rest. It will be Armageddon.
