True, both sides do it. Hamas and Palestine aren't the same either.

@DogMan They have no obligation to stop in international waters or Venezuelan waters.
The US has zero authority to do what they are doing. Ask anyone not in the Trump regime. I have listened to several former Naval officers/commanders who condemn these actions.
That's no different than the fear of cops in the US. I don't see any cops bombing civilians in their cars....but under Trump, maybe that's next.

They are absolutely not the same, and the attempt to claim them as the same is often to obscure any criticism of Israel. If you criticize Israel they say, you're criticizing the entire Jewish people, and are thus antisemitic. It's a way to stifle honest critique and discussion and to conflate anti-Zionism with antisemitism (which only waters down the meaning of "antisemitism", something that we probably shouldn't be doing, I would think).

Remember, even in Israel, prior to the HAMAS attack/kidnapping/murder/rapes Israeli military reserves were talking of boycotting service in protest against Netanyahu's right-wing extremist policies. It was only the HAMAS attack that saved his political career, and maybe kept him out of jail.
@ChipmunkErnie It wouldn't surprise me at all if Netanyahu had a hand in Oct 7. It would explain his reluctance to negotiate the release of the remaining hostages, because then the war would be officially over.

@wishforthenight Netenyahu is credited with a role in the creation of Hamas to undermine the PLO.

@22Michelle Netanyahu fully supported Hamas.....until he didn't.

Any country, which is made up of fallible human beings, can be guilty of offenses and even atrocities. So every country should be able to be judged and held accountable.

@wishforthenight That would be genocide in my book.
@JSul3 And in Dogman's book too, which is why he refuses to answer.
That should be obvious to anyone with an IQ of over 70. Same with Palestine and Hamas.
