@newjaninev2 Well, I'm not giving up yet. The midterms in '26 will give us a better idea of where we're headed.

@newjaninev2 Here I have to take your side. The damage to the US economy has been progressive since the seventies. And the predatory behavour that followed since the nineties.. But it could have continues for some time, but for the antagonistic stupidity of Trump and his tariffs and general ignorance of diplomacy, courtesy and manners. But what he has broken has left a void that has already been filled. Up to this point, no one had the nerve to be the first to break from the US global trade system. But trumps first term awakened china to the possible opening and they put the mechanism in place. And BRICS is a thing now. America is over as a global leader and there is no coming back from that.😷

@MoveAlong Good luck with those mid terms. Although if Trump looks like losing congress or the senate I expect the whole thing to bog down in technicalities that maintain the status quo. Trump himself may go at this point. But you wont like what comes next..😷
