@ToniaMV I do not have a favourite song on the album cause they're all so great and absolutely otherworldly! But I'm particularly fond of the opener "And It Stoned Me" because one can feel that Van really poured his entire heart in it while singing 🥲 I would say that is also the first album in history to my knowledge that seamlessly meshes folk rock and r&b, the epitome of 60s white music and of 60s black music, which is quite an impressive feat thinking back at it now! It sounds like nothing else in the world but at the same time it's entirely comprised of extremely familiar genres and styles and the impression which I receive upon any new listening is that of watching a familiar landscape with the wide-open eyes that informed your childhood's very first view, but with the aid of the consciousness and the memory of an adult mind 🙂 I am sure it's an album for genuinely romantic spirits and nostalgic souls, other people are hard to find the real magic lying underneath the technically proficient surface, I am pretty sure of it. I suggest you to check Jackson Browne's "Late for the sky", if you haven't done it yet! And I'm glad that I've done you this little favour to you dear, absolutely not intentionally 🤭 and no I have never listened to it in vinyl unfortunately, I got myself a as-high-as-possible digital quality standard but that's it.

@ToniaMV I would sacrifice time for the sake of keeping the quality high if necessary 🙂 and basically what I do is thinking about the way I would give my answer in Italian and only then translating it in a proper English form, so it's twice the effort 🤣 but I've been here for 6 years now and practically did nothing but chatting with people all the time, so 🤷🏻 one becomes a pro after doing that for such a long time!

@Notsimilar Just listened yesterday for the first time and I've been keeping listening to it all day long today. I am so overwhelmed by the level of consistency throughout, I really value a lot when an album is perfect and coherent from beginning to end and this one is.
