The Beatles are the foundation of the music we have to day. I’d dare say they are the most important to music there days and maybe to an extent society.

yeah. when you listen to the quality music and lyrics and compare it to the things being played at the time it really stood out.

and there are so many influences. lennon/mcartney together were wonderful partners - wish it had lasted longer.

@hairbrushdiva You know Bob Dylan was in a group with George Harrison called the Traveling Willburys.
Had to get Dylan in this somehow, I’ll show my way out.

@GirlSerendipity "Michelle" is a well-known one, yes. A lot of Michelles were named after it because their parents liked it.
