@ShadowedWhispers Thanks, I don't think they put out music anymore.
@Pandabutter They have been on indefinite hiatus off and on for a few years at a time since 2007 but have regrouped every so many years to release some new music. Here's "Magnetized" from their 2016 album "Strange Little Birds."

@SapphicHeart The picture on the video looks like Coachella valley close to Salton Sea south of Indio California! I swear I have stood in the spot she is standing.

I'm not aware where they made the video. Im glad you liked it. :-)
@SapphicHeart Beautiful. Thank you.
I can't leave this post without Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac. Here is their song "Landslide." I love this song and it is deeply moving and personal to me.

She has lost her trademark cheeks now.
@Pfuzylogic Still a cool story. 🤘

@ShadowedWhispers Some of the crowd were wholes and throwing objects at the band, nothing serious but what you would expect at a "punk" concert.

@SapphicHeart Great sound. Thxs.
@SapphicHeart Sophie was so great in her day. she was dumped in with the alternative singers of the day. but I never say her as one. Paula Cole and Fiona Apple she was not.
@Elandra77
She's great and I always loved this song. :-)
I could say a lot about this one- namely that I love how Lindsey was served his comeuppance- and he had to take it. How stupid he was in retrospect.
In the last minute she eats a hole into his soul- and other places- How that had to suck.

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ud2XKt2N8fs]

GTA IV fans (the one with Niko Belic) will remember this from the rock radio channel..

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn8-4tjPxD8]

Back when Tom Petty know how to front a band- and was good. But this is Stevie's song- duet or not.

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UD0c58nNCQ]
@Pfuzylogic I saw Fleetwood Mac in 1976, in Pittsburgh at Three Rivers Stadium-the summer they, and Peter Frampton were "must sees". (separate concerts) This was before "Tusk" which I did not like. A "blues turned rock" band-and a college marching band? That just seemed so wrong.
Pfuzylogic · M
@Elandra77 I did see that college marching band aspect in a performance on TV. I think the performance I saw was the late 90s but I can see that you date it quite a bit older than that.
@Pfuzylogic True."Tusk" was 1980. I saw them on the "Rumours" tour.

@summersong i have followed her for about 40 years and she creates her own artistic world to visit. I do like her collaboration with Peter Gabriel particularly "Don't give up".
Being about the only old timer on here, I need to share this link with some as old, and perhaps MORE decrepit than me!! (jk) So, in light of that, here are a few much older- but so well known they deserve to be remembered.

And yes, for those that played Bioshock Infinite- this is played in Elizabeth's Paris of 1912-- but as an instrumental.

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0feNVUwQA8U]

The title of this does not translate well. As Yiddish or as German. Just take their word for what it means *laughs*

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xe2UXccid40]

Hitchcock films are great vehicle for songs-at times. As a child I loved this. My Mother also liked to sing it to me.

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZbKHDPPrrc]

And then, this one, which is at LEAST 25 years NEWER that the others. Ha!

And one that was sexy as - yeah- you know what. And is still just that sexy in it's suggestiveness-and eroticism!

Thanks Bruce.
