What do you mean?

Oh honey, I’m really sorry you’re feeling so drained right now. That kind of burnout where everything keeps stacking up can feel so heavy, especially when you’re trying to just keep going through it all. I know...been there, done that.
Even if you’ve been through these ups and downs before, you still deserve support in the middle of it - not just to “ride it out” alone. If there’s no one physically helping you carry things right now, I just want you to know I see how much you’re carrying. ❤🫂
Be kind to yourself in this season. Even small pauses count.
A book I’d gently recommend:
A very comforting and grounding read for emotional exhaustion, is
Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski.
It explains burnout in a very compassionate, practical way - especially for people who keep pushing through without enough support. It also gives real tools for helping your body and mind come out of that “stuck exhausted” state, not just cope with it.
If you prefer something more reflective and soothing, another good one is:
The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown, which focuses on letting go of pressure, perfectionism, and self-judgment.
I will keep you in my prayers if that's okay. And if you need to vent, I won't judge you. You can private message me. I won't have all the solutions but I do have a good ear and I care.

@LadyGrace ty you so much for your thoughtful response! I'm glad I read it just now, I can feel the kindness and warmth coming from your words and I really appreciate that. I also want to say something more. I’m really sorry you’re feeling this overwhelmed and exhausted. What you’re carrying sounds like it’s been too heavy for too long, and I’m really glad you said something instead of keeping it all inside.
When you say you wish it was over, that really worries me. You don’t have to go through this alone, even if it feels like you’ve been pushing through everything by yourself for a long time.
If things are feeling that dark, please consider reaching out to someone right now who can be with you in real time—whether that’s a trusted person nearby or a support line. In the U.S. you can call or text 988 anytime and talk to someone who will listen and stay with you through it.
You matter more than what you’re currently going through, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. I’m really glad you’re here, and I care that you’re safe.

I felt this throughout my childhood one thing just kept nagging at me ,what if i just checked out today and tomorrow was the day everything changed. In my case it took years of living with no hope but in the end everything did change and now I'm really glad i stuck it out. I hope things change for you in the near future

What's happening?
XcookiexbakerX · 31-35, F
@Iwillwait I'm just emotionally charged. I'll be ok. I'm just tired and a little burned out.

what's going on? if it degrades you and makes you unhappy then perhaps it's not for you? 🙁
XcookiexbakerX · 31-35, F
@GoFish I'm just drained/burned out. I wish I had help juggling everything. I'll be ok, I go through these ups and downs pretty frequently. Just have to ride it out.

@XcookiexbakerX ok ☺
