@MujiMuji After my marriage ended, I just needed some space from her so I could heal. I remember feeling similar things. I was missing holding her etc. Eventually you kinda forget about all that stuff. Life goes on.
Only way I was able to get through these type experiences was to cut contact completely. Hurt for awhile but remaining in touch would have been torture, only prolonging the pain.
