I have a suspicion we all love ourselves or we wouldn't be so angry when people treated us bad ,as we would be glad, because we would think we deserve it.
What I see is people who love themselves a little too much and they're more concerned about their own welfare, they won't sacrifice anything to help anyone else and I admit I fall into this group too often.
I think there should be a little bit more fighting our own selfishness than worrying about how wonderful we are ,but that's only my opinion.

On good days, about a 7 or 8.

Its been going up since i quit drinking last yearish but about 5 o 8 getting towsrd 7 to 8.
