you cant really, its broken. you can move on and you can find love again. Remember when you least expect it, it can happen so keep faith.

By realising that one was in love with the image of the person that one had created in ones mind. The image maybe very different from the real person...one has to let go of that image.

Allow yourself to grieve. There's no set length, and it's okay to not be okay. Just be kind to yourself.

Time,patience..do new things, spend time with friends and family

face it head on! Don't run from the pain. If you feel like crying do it. Don't hold it back. The anxiety is overwhelming if you try it is way worse. Talk about it if you have to. If a telemarketer calls about your vehicle warranty, pull the phone away from your ear and just talk pretend like they are the person that hurt you, or your best friend if your best friend isn't available.. Do things for yourself the other person wouldn't let you do. Try to remember who you were and spoil yourself. Most of all know that the pain is natural. Break ups can be just as devastating as losing a close family member.. I hope this helps. 💙

Old saying: the best way to get over a man is to get under one. Sounds terrible (probably is) but tends to be true.
Myocite · F

I don’t know if you do. You just keep your life full and learn to carry on.
Time made things easier. My heart wasn't in it, but my feelings were definitely hurt
Strawb · 26-30, F
Sad but here’s how I did… I started flirting with other people.
Noblety · M
Mainly, professional help. Some scripts and a whole lot of soul searching.
