I Am A Creative Writer

I have found a few people who have had negative responses; they hadn't read it at all but purely for fun seemed to enjoy the idea of being negative. I block them. I take good reviews and bad reviews. In the end if someone can't be positive it is their issue. I don't know if I'd ever properly post anything here, but perhaps a link oneday to a site where I am free to express myself.

the veil of anonymity is nearly as strong as courage. You don't even have to have a boat load of self confidence to post your stories here. Muster up the nerve if you will, and share what's on your mind and in your heart. It's no New York, but still, you can make it here, and when you do, you will make it anywhere.;)

I have read some pretty awesome stories and poems on here, I've read the most heartfelt posts where members just wanted to pour their hearts out. You shouldn't be worried about the reaction you get from your posts it's the only the way you will get to know and practice your writing style by the critics and positive feedback.

Yes ... its just about taking the first step ... just dive and u'll swim ..

I sometimes wonder if this is the right place for an aspiring writer to post. Some people are negative for no reason and few of us have the appropriate skills to critique in a way that would benefit you.

I do agree, though. Being able to communicate and also make it beautiful is something that I admire too.

I guess it's usually easy to tell when someone's criticism isn't at all valid and is just borne from spite. You do sppear to write well so maybe I'd suggest posting things you're not majorly investing in. Not with the idea of getting feedback, but just for the enjoyment of others. I'm sure many of us would like to read your work.
