@Adamski24 I saw that movie the other day! I loved it! I don’t understand why it was panned by critics, though. 🙄

I used to have an imaginary friend when I was 4 years old.

Thank you for introducing us to your friends 💖 I have two, but they are not as clearly defined as your friends 🙂 Actually, they don't usually even have names. One is a water nymph who guided me to safety when I was younger and got out of depth in the sea. She looks after me when I swim or am outdoors in nature. She also likes to watch me do gymnastics 🙂 The other is a more hazy presence who calms me down when I am having difficulties with my homework.

Imaginary friends are better than real ones the world is dangerous out there I don't trust or like anyone coming to terms with me and my fictional friends.
You'd love a pet have a little think about getting a bunny a cat or even a tortoise they make excellent pets.

@Hikikomoribabe99 That’s why I feel a little more safer in my world than in the real world, because nothing bad happens in my world. There are no diseases, deaths, violence, nothing. Basically, it’s like my own little heaven. But I love my family and friends, too, not just my imaginary friends. 😊

I had a pet Hippopotamus as a child, used to drive folks crazy warning them not to bump into him. Then my Grandparents took me to the zoo and showed me a real Hippo. That was the last anyone heard of my pet Hippopotamus.

No, I have habit of living in present and in reality. I feel there is much more to do in reality.
REMsleep · 41-45, F
@ABCDEF7 I live in the present in fact I work 60 hours per week, take care many other duties but I do daydream alot so its not mutually exclusive.
ABCDEF7 · M
@REMsleep Working hard in life doesn't mean living in reality.

nope, its nice to have a good imagination, but having imaginary friends is taking things too far.
REMsleep · 41-45, F
No imaginary friends but I daydream alot. I imagine elaborate fantasies to kind of escape for 10 to 15 minutes randomly while driving, cleaning, showering.
I have always done this since I was 5 years old.
Sometimes I continue my daydream for months in 10 minute increments or my fantasy takes a bad turn so I rewind and start a sequence over.
I've never told anyone. I've only seen this in movies of lonely or bored people such as a housewife who has a terrible life.
