I am a daughter of divorced parents they had divorce when were kids. When I was a kid I used to stay with my mom and because of being financially unable to send me to school I lived with my Aunt then the pandemic comes and here I am now in my Dad....

If you're of age, then go ahead and do what you need to do to find a life where you could breathe.

In truth they are the parents and taking care of your half sister is their obligation. Same thing actually with taking care of you. You can still be there for your half sister. But if they aren't giving you the love you need, it is your call.

I'm sorry that your parents suck.
